Starting a quote request is as easy as browsing our site and selecting the products you are interested in. 2. QUOTE APPROVAL

After you have added all of the items that you would like to order, click on the CUSTOM QUOTE button at the top of the screen. Fill in your contact info and hit the SEND QUOTE REQUEST. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you shortly with a customized quote!

We have a team of designers on staff that are experienced at creating custom cycling clothing for all kinds of teams and events. Or, if you have access to a designer, we’ll be happy to work with him or her to be sure your custom cycling apparel looks its best. Either way, you’ll get great looking, great fitting clothing.

4. BEGIN YOUR DESIGN

Let Hincapie design your jersey.

  1. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS vector format.
  2. Compile any design ideas you might have such as sketches, mockups or photos, along with your sponsor logos.
  3. Make a list of design preferences, color choices and logo placements.
  4. Email design ideas, preferences and logo files to your Hincapie Sportswear representative. Include your team name in the subject line, and provide complete contact information.

Have your own designer?

  1. Download our art guidelines and templates.
  2. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS vector format.
  3. Follow design instructions carefully to create the appropriate artwork for all clothing pieces.
  4. Email your files to your Hincapie Sportswear representative, following the instructions included in the art guidelines.

5. ART PROOFS & APPROVAL

You’re almost done!

Now’s the time to make sure everything is in order so you get the exact custom cycling clothing you’re looking for.

  1. Make sure you have approved an art proof for each item you plan to order, including skinsuits and accessories.
  2. Finalize pricing with your customer service representative to ensure you have met product minimums. Send out an email to your team members to allow them to log in to Team Center again and pay for their orders, or you may opt to pay for your entire team order with a team credit card.

3. REQUEST A FIT KIT

We make it easy to ensure your team or group gets custom cycling clothing that fits correctly. By trying on fit samples, you can make sure you’re ordering the correct sizes. The process is easy:

  1. Download a Fit Kit Request Form, complete it, and return by email.
  2. Schedule a fit party with your team so everyone can try the samples and order the correct sizes.
  3. Return the fit samples to Hincapie within two weeks to avoid being charged.

Now your custom cycling clothing order is in our hands. We’ll want to be sure that the final design meets your expectations, so we’ll be sending a proof for you to review. Once that’s approved, our team of dedicated clothing experts will start creating your order. We will contact you mid-way through the production process to let you know how your order is progressing and to arrange final payment. Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking information.

6. TEAM STORE

Once all your artwork has been approved, we will open up a team store so that everyone can place their orders.

7. PAYMENT

We have several payment options based on how you would like to set up your order. You may choose to have your team members log in to our Team Center and pay for their own orders individually, or you may opt to submit a 50% deposit up front and pay for the balance right before the order ships.

This is where the rubber meets the road.
All the planning and designing is about to pay off.

8. OUR FACTORY

Hincapie Sportswear was created to meet the need for quality custom cycling clothing for teams and clubs, and it remains a core part of what we do every day. Our company-owned factory in Medellin, Colombia is run by George and Rich’s aunt and uncle, Marie and Jorge Hincapie. Together they have over 30 years of apparel manufacturing experience. We produce custom garments for large and small teams and clubs, races and rides, corporations and charitable organizations.

9. CONSTRUCTION

Our Factory Team takes great pride in making sure that your apparel is made to the highest of standards. We have built in many quality checks throughout the process to make sure your logos print where they are supposed to.  And to make sure your colors are accurate. And that the clothing fits the way it is supposed to.

Your product leaves The Factory as soon as it passed the last QC inspection and arrives at the FedEx headquarters in Memphis TN in as little as 1 day.  From there it goes through US Customs and is off to its final destination.

10. FAST DELIVERY

A big advantage to having our manufacturing facility in South America is the expedited shipping times.  In most cases, your product arrives stateside in one day. And depending on the shipping method you choose, it can arrive to you within two days of leaving our factory.

11. DROP SHIP OPTION

To help alleviate the time and frustration of sorting and distributing your entire order, we offer a drop ship option that allows each individual team member to have their order shipped directly to them. This is a big time saver for larger teams.
